On the Free plan, session recording pauses until the next billing period. On paid plans, overage kicks in automatically at the rates shown above, up to your configured spend limit. You are always in control.
Yes. For each metered item (sessions and errors), you can set a dollar-amount spending limit. Once your overage reaches that limit, recording pauses for the remainder of the period. You can also set it to "Plan included only" for zero overage.

A session is a single user visit from page load to close. If a user navigates within your SPA, that counts as one session. Sessions shorter than 3 seconds are not counted.

Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform in europe-west2 (London). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We are GDPR compliant and building towards SOC 2 certification.
No. We believe per-seat pricing penalises growing teams. All plans include generous team member limits, and the Business plan includes unlimited members.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
